"I was on a path of destruction," reflects Thierwechter. "Prison made me a better person. I was addicted to the lifestyle of selling. As a youth, I looked up to the drug dealers. They had the cars. They had the clothes. They had the girls."

But their story doesn't end with personal redemption. Jackson and Thierwechter are actively shaping the future of Lebanon's youth. From informal mentorship to formal initiatives in local schools, they're laying the groundwork for positive change.

"We need more leaders and fewer followers in our community," asserts Jackson. "Education is important."

Their mission extends beyond philanthropy; it's about empowering others to walk a different path. By providing mentorship, support, and even their personal phone numbers to at-risk youth, they're sowing seeds of hope for a brighter tomorrow.

"I know what you're going through," Thierwechter tells Lebanon High School students. "I did sell drugs. I did go to prison. We're going to see positive change, but it's only going to happen through action."
